Drop off is at 4PM and we will be welcoming kids to the building at the West Gate which is the gate that faces Apollo Road. Continue to go past Rocket Town Church and you will look on the side of the building until you see a metal gate. We will have signs leading up to the gate and a volunteer by the entrance of the gate for Check-In. There will be extra permission slips for any last-minute students.

Pick Up is at 10am and it will be the same as Drop off, all students will be hanging out by the West Gate for their parents or approved adults to pick them up. If your child has permission to leave on their own their permission slip needs to say so. We will stay with your child until they are picked up.

Q&A:
Where will my child be sleeping?

Boys and Girls will be sleeping in different parts of the building that DO NOT share bathrooms. Boys will be in the Youth room; Girls will be in Upstairs in classrooms.

What food will you be serving?

Pizza, Eggs and Pancakes, Walking Tacos (Doritos and taco meat & fixings) and any snacks they bring. Students are welcome to bring extra snacks to share. If there are any food restrictions for your child, We Need to Know! We will adjust the menu for them as needed and will make sure your child will not go hungry.
